GENERAL SETTINGS

ADDING A NEW RATE

  1. Click settings icon
  2. Click on rates
  3. Click add new rate
  4. Toggle fixed rate on/off

SETTING NAVIGATION

  1. Click settings icon
  2. Click navigation
  3. Select type from drop down
  4. Toggle auto-start (Holler)
  5. Toggle download 2 mile cache
  6. Toggle auto-mute

GO ONLINE / OFFLINE

Go online and offline to receive and bid on Holler work.

  1. Click online, bottom icon or top rate
  2. Click top rate
  3. Select rate
  4. Click online block or icon to go offline

ADDING, EDITING, CANCELLING MANUAL BOOKINGS

ADDING A MANUAL BOOKING

  1. Click + icon
  2. Set pick up location
  3. Set destination
  4. Add waypoint
  5. Set time & date
  6. Click next
  7. Select rate to view booking information
  8. Add customer details
  9. Add additional notes
  10. Confirm ok to save details
  11. Confirm booking

EDITING MANUAL BOOKING

  1. Click Vehicle icon
  2. Select journey to edit
  3. Click edit
  4. Edit journey as required
  5. Recalculate route
  6. Confirm details
  7. Confirm booking

CANCELLING MANUAL BOOKING

  1. Click Vehicle icon
  2. Click booking to cancel
  3. Click cancel booking
  4. Confirm cancellation

ADDING & REMOVING DESTINATION POINTS

ADDING A DESTINATION POINT

  1. Click search icon
  2. Set destination

You now have destination set and will only receive offers from Holler on work which takes you towards your destination.

REMOVE DESTINATION POINT

  1. Click top right X
  2. Click + magnifying glass
  3. Select and cancel destination

You will now receive offers on all bookings in the area from Holler user app.
